2025 Groups, Schools, Clubs, and Corporates opportunities

We’ve got 5 great reasons to get your group, school, club or corporate entered into the 2025 Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge.

1. 15% entry discount for groups of 10 or more

If you’re a group of ten or more you can get a 15% discount off your entry! The discount applies to the current rate at the time - so whether you enter as an early bird, or a late bird you’re group will still get the discount. To obtain your discount code email info@cyclechallenge.com.

2. Win $250 for your group!

Take out one of our Group, School, Corporate, or Cycling Club Challenges and you will win $250 for your group! All you have to do is be the group that rides the greatest total distance. The winning group will receive $250 for your group to be used how you wish… maybe for a team night out or towards your next trip away?

3. How about a FREE entry to use for your club fundraising?

We know groups and clubs love having prizes to give away, so if you’re a group of 10 or more and you’ve all entered this year’s event before the end of July, we’ll give you 1 free entry for the 2025 Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge. Give it to one of your group, use it as a prize, or raffle it off as a fundraiser - the choice is yours!

4. Fundraise For Charity

In the spirit of fundraising, each year we have heaps of riders ask if they can use the event to raise funds for charity. We’re excited to have adopted a multi-charity approach and have teamed up with Grassrootz so you can raise funds for your favourite charity.

We’re also thrilled to have Prostrate Cancer Foundation and I AM HOPE as hero charities for this year’s event. If you don’t have a charity of choice you can help these wonderful charities by setting up an online fundraising page and making a donation when you do your online entry. They would love your support.

5. Secure your own spot to celebrate after your ride

There’s nothing quite like reveling in the success of a ride well done with others who have put in the hard yards with you. The Event Village always dishes up some great post race atmosphere and we have some great options available for you to secure your own dedicated hospitality area just for your group.

Kim Manunui

Hi, I’m Kim and I work with a great team to help individuals, as well as small and not so small businesses get their message, product and services to the world using digital media and creating wonderful websites that don’t cost the earth.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.

The digital world is never static and neither are we.

And I say ‘we’ because I work with an awesome group of talented people who I gather together as required to complete a project.  Whatever your business, not-for-profit or individual needs are we gather the best team to get the job done.

Collaboratively we are creative, share sustainable values and work hard for great outcomes because that’s the buzz of satisfaction that drives us.

If you have an audience and market to reach, we can make that happen. Creative design, words that work and smart behind the scenes stuff that cuts through the online noise. We’ll design your website and then build it. We’ll manage the content as well as all your hosting needs. We can handle your online advertising so you get noticed,
and we’ll manage your social media presence so you get the clicks, likes and engagement to grow your business. All within the budget you set, because none of this needs to cost the earth.  And the job doesn’t stop when your website goes live. We are your virtual business partner.
