If you need to withdraw from the event


Refunds

If you need to withdraw your entry no refunds or transfers to future events will be offered. While not mandatory, we would recommend you can take advantage of the XCOVER option when making your online event entry.

Making a claim with XCOVER

If you took out Booking Protect when you entered and need to withdraw and make a claim go to our XCOVER page.

Transferring your entry to another rider

You can transfer your entry to another rider up until midnight 31 October at no charge. After this time there will be a $30 administration charge.

After online entries close (Wednesday 27 Nov) all transfers need to be completed at the Category Change desk at Rider Check in which is available Friday 29 Nov 12:00pm - 8:00pm.

If you need to make changes to your entry


Category changes

You can change your event category up until midnight 31 October at no charge. After this time there will be a $20 administration charge for any changes. An additional cost will also apply if you are changing to an event category with a higher entry price. There is no refund of entry fee if changing to a category with a lower entry price.

To change your event category simply LOG IN directly through your online registration.

On the 'Summary' page, click on 'Change Category'.

Select the new category. If there is an additional payment required, you will be prompted to make this payment.

This is available online until Thursday 16 November, after this time all changes need to be made at Rider Check In on Friday 29 November between 12pm - 8pm. Please note this is not available on Saturday morning.

Changing your Start Group

To change your start group simply LOG IN directly through your online registration and edit the start group question. This is available to do online until 31 October. After this time all changes need to be made at Rider Check in on Friday between 12pm - 8pm. Please note this is not available on Saturday morning.

Event Cancellation

If the event cannot take place for any reason, including but not limited to Force Majeure (eg. an act of god, adverse weather, volcanic eruption, earthquake, flood, landslide, pandemic (including Covid–19), a major road accident or the like), there will be no refunds either in part or full. In good faith however, we will do our utmost to return to entrants any unspent monies minus the event’s unrecoverable costs.

Change of route or dissatisfaction

In the event of a change of route or dissatisfaction, the organisers are under no obligation to provide any refund, either in part or full.
