Celebrate your ride at the BDO Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge with your  friends, family or workmates at our new Hospitality Area. Enjoy the atmosphere of the covered area with prime views of the event village.

Purchase a table of 4 or 10 and receive the following:

  • Designated set table for your group

  • Complimentary drink on arrival and subsequent cash bar

  • Catering to enjoy for the day (12pm - 6.30pm)

  • Secure bike valet service 

  • Live feed on the big screen to the finish line and prizegiving

Hatepe Hosting Package

With a prime view of the stage you can enjoy your own space to relax in after your ride, and throughout the on-stage entertainment and prizegiving. Arrive to a fully set up marquee so you can simply walk in to host and entertain your VIP's, team mates and colleagues. 

Hatepe Hosting Package - $2,200 +gst

Hosting package includes:

  • 6m x 13m prime site
  • 6m x 9m marquee
  • 6m x 4m courtyard with picket fencing
  • Electricity if required
  • Sign identifying your site
  • 3 bin waste station (General Waste, Recycling and Food Waste)
  • Dining set up - Please choose below Option A or B
  • Outdoor table set up - 1 x 1.2m round table with a large umbrella and 6 x chairs
  • 1 x Trestle table for food or drink display
  • Bike rack to store your bikes

Option A dining set up includes:

  • 2 x Trestle tables covered in table clothes and 4 x wooden bench seats

Option B dining set up includes:

  • 3 x 1.2m round table covered in table clothes and 18 x chairs

Waihaha Hosting Package

With a view of the stage you can relax and enjoy your own space after your ride and watch the on-stage entertainment and prizegiving. Enjoy a 6 x 6 marquee with your own private courtyard you can bring along or hire a range of items to create your own hosting site for your company, team, friends or family. This package is perfect to host approximately 20 people.

Waihaha Hosting Package - $1,250 + gst

Hosting Package includes:

  • 6m x 10m prime site
  • 6m x 6m marquee
  • 6m x 4m courtyard with picket fencing
  • Sign identifying your site
  • 3 bin waste station (General Waste, Recycling and Food Waste)
  • 1 x VIP carpark

Waihi Hosting Package

Come and join the fun community area at the Event Village at the BDO Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge. You get a marked out site that you can so you can bring your unbranded marquee or ezy up and any creature comforts for your site or hire these from the list below. This package is perfect to host approximately 20 people.

Waihi Hosting Package Options - $600 + gst (NFP or Charity $300 + gst)

Waihi Hosting Package includes:

  • 6m x 9m site
  • Sign identifying your site
  • Waste station 
  • 1 x VIP carpark
