Should we have to cancel the event due to Covid – 19 the following policy applies.

Event Cancellation Policy

We are well aware of the risks involved in forging ahead with the event given the uncertainty of the world right now. However, we want to assure you that we will have in place best-practice operating guidelines to ensure your event experience is safe and enjoyable one. We know some of you will be feeling a little apprehensive about what lies ahead, so before you sign up to the event we want you to be clear on our answers to the questions below:

What if the event can’t go ahead on November 14th for reasons relating to Covid-19?
If the event can’t go ahead we will reschedule to March 27th, 2021, and if this happens all registered participants will have their race entry automatically moved to the new date.

What if I can’t make the new date or would prefer to withdraw?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of events and the costs incurred well ahead of the event we will not be in a position to offer any refunds, however we will allow you to transfer your entry to another person for a $25.00 administration fee.
